The ability to resume an upload that was somehow interrupted is
dependant on the support for chunking and localStorage
by the client.
Essentially, to support resumable uploads, Fine Uploader just needs to keep track of
where it currently is in the upload process. To do this it stores session data in a
record that is saved on the client before each chunk is sent to the server.
Note that resuming is disabled by default, and the local storage record is stored for 7 days (by default) (both of these options can be easily changed).
The resume.paramNames
properties are not applicable to the S3 & Azure uploaders.
